"Lead director/Head scientist of Cloud Software Incorporated,
Eleanor "Rain" Forecast is a solitary character who fervently spends most of her free-time studying and tinkering with a various array of self-created meteorologic hardware - much of which the corporation is known for in the public eye.

A hermit of sorts, she resides in the deeper parts of her laboratories, mostly communicating over extensive digital messaging, only known to venture out if the circumstances absolutely call for it to maintain business imagery (much at the consternation of fellow Cloud Software Incorporated staff). Well known for her excessive fame as a former Storm Chaser, her motivation, passion, and once verbose personality shifted towards determined independent technological research and study following a catastrophic meteorological disaster called the Interpolation that struck what is now the ruins of Old Stratosphere, losing most of her previous team in the process. She now focuses on finding what remains of her former team, tracking a strange series of signals that stem from the mysterious weather happenings occuring all over Eco using corporation developed weatherbots across New Stratosphere."
